Proof[edit]

Coming soon, the Proof! --Dbenbenn 04:25, 3 Dec 2004 (UTC)

For some large value of "soon". --Dbenbenn 01:53, 19 Dec 2004 (UTC)
Is the value finite? --Zundark 21:33, 20 May 2007 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Added "σ-locally finite" to be more consistent with the article on the Bing Metrization Theorem. Hombre1729 (talk) 21:20, 5 February 2010 (UTC)Reply[reply]

I think the theorem is named after Jun-iti Nagata, rather than Masayoshi Nagata. See the article "On a Necessary and Sufficient Condition of Metrizability" by J. Nagata (http://dlisv03.media.osaka-cu.ac.jp/infolib/user_contents/sugaku/DB-M-001-02-04.pdf). —Preceding unsigned comment added by 93.200.217.113 (talk) 22:09, 28 January 2011 (UTC)Reply[reply]
